Bloom Bar Rentals are available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week. Bloom Bar Rental Setup is contracted for 5-hours of usage, not including setup and take down. There is a $200 minimum for each Bloom Bar order, not including flowers or delivery setup fee; please do not checkout if chart total is below a minimum of $200. To ensure availability, we recommend placing your rental order at least 3 weeks before your event date. If your delivery address falls outside our standard service area, please contact us directly by email to request an exception.

Delivery, Setup, & Take Down by OTC & Blooms: $60 - $110 per order depending on location of service.

Flower Pricing: Flower costs are based on current market value and seasonal availability, so pricing may vary. Blooms are sold in bundles of 5, 6, 12, and 24 stems depending on the item. Clients desired amount of flowers will be ordered based on event guest total. An estimated floral cost will be provided after booking for planning purposes. A final invoice, reflecting current market pricing and confirmed selections, will be sent one week prior to your event.

Complimentary flower food is provided for each guest.
